The submerging time could be from 5 to 15 minutes every one, two, three or even four weeks, depending on the type of plant, size of the moss ball and the temperature.
It is encouraged to lift your kokedama. Once it’s VERY lightweight, it needs water. To do this is the best way to learn and connect with your plant.
During warm seasons we submerge our Kokedamas a few days before instructed on the tag, and during colder months, we do it a couple of days after. e.g. If my Kokedama is Large and the instructions are 10 minutes every two weeks, during warm months, we submerge it every ten days, and during cold months we do it every 18 days.
That means that the interval of time we specify on the tags is always a medium.
